Metal For Two V2

A 16x8 ancient Core Naval testing yard ready for the true test.
Arm versus core. Lots of metal, lots of geo, lots of water and
lots and lots of Military Base widgets. Loads of thanks to
EW_Tsunami, Jedi Knight of Mechanics, for turning my bumps into
smooth as silk metal and suggesting the AI change

Requires TAMEC.HPI or Furtive Fox's Space Features for the flashing lights.

EW_Tsunami for spending a bunch of time cleaning up the mechanical
"undocumented features" ;-) and suggesting the AI change from Naval to
Default.
Kinbot and gang for Annihilator 1.5 (Soooo much better than TAE)
HB for the most fabulous tile set for TA I have ever worked with.
FurtiveFox for the great flashing light features.
